Innovation Data Gathering

Communication is mission-critical during any change. Message timing is important to the organisation and employees. As part of the planning we will establish and issue a digital FAQ table, which will be updated and available throughout the whole process.

In order to answer these questions, high level data gathering will be undertaken to ensure that we know everything about the upcoming project, whatever the size.

Proprietary cloud-based software, SmartED-i®, has the ability to track, trace and report on any of your assets and is the perfect tool to utilise in the ongoing management of move projects. Green-MAC will implement SmartCHECKPOINT™ on all projects to track progress in-line with specific, pre-defined project milestones and Health & Safety requirements.

Site leads will upload real-time data in to SmartCHECKPOINT™, published from the timeline project,  such as photos and comments, to prove that a move is on track, H&S milestones are being met and reports are being released.
